Check your reservation page. May be there is now a link to order as someone reported who didn’t get any emails after his reservation.

I got the “get ready” email, but got still no invite to buy. And no buy button in my marketplace reservation.

FTR: Located in Germany, Choose the ASUS Variant, reservation R3xxx

The official ASUS shop already allowed to order (availability 20th Oct at first, now pushed back to 3rd November).

I think it’s a sign just not to buy (yet). The first reports are disappointing. But there are no optimized kernels yet according to LMSYS.

If you are located in the US, just walk into the next Micro Center store… they claimed availability starting tomorrow.

I think i’ll just buy a old and used BMW 5 series e39 instead. 3.0 liter diesel beats Spark. Kinda getting tired from all of this.

I didn’t get an e-mail, but randomly checking, there is a “Buy Now” button in my reservation tab with an expiration date of 10/18 at 12:50 PDT. Could be that the e-mails are just lagging?

Update: Funny, I got the e-mail seconds after posting this

I got the buy now link and no email, so yeah the emails could be lagging. The order end through just fine.

Hi. Any chance you can provide a bit more detail (re market place reservations)? For UK orders / non-US - given I see the 3rd party vendors/Nvidia partners accepting orders for delivery 26th October onwards.

Unfortunately, we’re only able to comment on reservations made through https://marketplace.nvidia.com.

Authorized partners may have their own availability policies following the official announcement.

I had some trouble with the NVidia marketplace site, but eventually was able to place my order.

My reservation was in the 3900 range. Should receive it hopefully before the weekend.

Yes, all U.S. reservation holders should have received a “Buy Now” email with a four-day purchase window.

Non-U.S. and stacked reservations will follow soon. Please be patient. Reservation holders will have priority.

I have a single unit reservation through nvidia marketplace (reservation number around 21K), in the US, and have not received the buy now email. Should I have received the email by now or are they still being sent out?

In this case US is getting priority treatment, I guess that was to be expected.
Maybe you can give us an idea from from what region EU customers would most likely get their devices. I mean Germany, Netherlands or Poland? Just to calculate the possible delivery timeline…
