About the heat sink fan mounting hole dimensions

When I buy NANO KIT, a heat sink is attached.
The heat sink has holes for mounting the fan.
Please tell me the dimensions.

I would like to know the dimensions of the mounting holes , and buy and install a fan.
And, is the screw hole cut in the hole? Is it mm? Inches?
