  1. the rootfs, boot, kernel, and fs whether stored in emmc or sd card on jeston nano? is there other storage media exist?;
  2. How many partitions does the storage medium have, and how are they designed;

there’re partitions flashed to the target, it depends-on your device, Nano-eMMC or Nano-SD;
you may also refer to flash configuration file for reference,
for example, $OUT/Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/t210ref/cfg/flash_l4t_t210_emmc_p3448.xml
