Hi, I’m having trouble activating my new NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip (S/N: xxxx) on the NGC website. The system says the serial number is ‘on hold’ (Reference ID: 7295a87e-211d-4647-a6fa-01fdcb19445f)

You do not need to activate your Spark on the NGC website. You can follow these instructions to access and use NGC.
