I have got my eMMC courrputed due to some reason and now instead of adding new MMC chip, i want to desold corrupted one and add sd card jacket or directly sd card to it.
so, what can be the options. and what changes are required from software point of view.

Hi, it is not supported to attach SD card to eMMC port. You can try resold a eMMC chip or run RMA.
But in the manual it shows the support of SD Card. He told some changes but i am unable to find that where should i do these. Please see attached image.

TRM is just for the capability of chip. For real design please refer to design guide, which states SDMMC4 is only set as eMMC port. We don’t have support for sd card on it.
