Adjust perf levels, memory, and speed of GEFORCE GTX 880M on linux?

Hello,

I’m having trouble finding information on how to set perf levels, memory, and clock speeds of my GEFORCE GTX 880M. Here are all the specifics. Please advise and thank you very much.

  • OS: Ubuntu 16.04
  • NVIDIA Driver: 384.90
  • Performance State: P8 (<--i'd like to control this, HOW?)
  • Total dedicated GPU memory: 4036
  • Total used GPU memory: 2335 (<--i'd like to maximize this, HOW?)
  • Current clock freq's: 993, 810 (<--i'd like to maximize these, HOW?)
nvidia-smi -q

has too many “N/A” values. Doesn’t seem like my GPU is supported.

Tried to follow these directions, Boost Ethereum Mining Speed on Nvidia GPU's - YouTube, but

nvidia-smi -q -d SUPPORTED_CLOCKS | more

shows “N/A” for supported clocks.
