Could you refer to the steps in SMCU update bug on BMC UI update - #8 by KevinFFF to update the following SMCU FW to verify?
P3740_Aurix_StepB.hex (1.3 MB)
If you update it successfully, you should get the following information.
Shell>version

with TLF35584 B/C-Step
SW Version 1.50.15
* Rel-36 DP release
TC397 Step BD

Thanks for the reply.
We just tested 50 times poweroff. Results seems OK.
This issue is not happening, we can always poweroff the system then power on the system via power btn again.
