Referring the AGX Industrial Module

1.Is the circuit board conformally coated. If yes what type of coating is used?
2. Are the microcircuits underfilled?
3. Is lead free solder used? Do parts have SAC solder balls. Is there any lead free mitigation used?

Hi, please refer to below comments:

  1. No conformal coating.
  2. Yes, we are use corner bonding at here. Most all key components has corner bonding.
  3. AGX Orin product is Halogen Free, and met RoHS. We used lead free solder.
