AGX ORIN 64GB boot fail

Hi NV team

We have AGX ORIN issue while booting,stuck at "Enabling combined UART " message
It seems like a hardware checking situation
is possible to know which component fault?

What L4T version?
Is is a DevKit or a custom carrier board?
Was the device working properly with the same BSP before?

L4T version is R35.3.1
It work fine on DevKit & custom carrier board before
but after "Enabling combined UART " message ,ORIN not work on both carrier board
I tried to recovery with official image with SDK manager,show same message on DevKit

I am asking did you make any change to the BSP, which may have caused this issue, or it just broke while it was working fine before?
Re-flashing with the official image of course does not work with a custom board. You should know what can be flashed into the board.

Result of Re-flashing official image is “not” on custom board is on DevKit carrier board!!
BSP changes I need to confirm with software engineer

attach txt file is ORIN normal operation console on our custom board
the hardware & software setting is same with the fail ORIN

Then will it work if you put the module of the device that fails to boot up on another carrier board that was working fine before?
