Orin Boot failed

Hi, NV teams,
on our designed carrier board, Orin boot failed sometime . What’s wrong with the booting process and What can we do to get the Orin to boot normally?
The log is just as followed. One is normal boot, the other is error.

pls update root=/dev/mmcblk0p to root=/dev/mmcblk0p1
