Agx orin only show 4 core cpus

Hi,

I have some pieces of AGX orin module

I have flashed the Jp5.0.2 from sdk manager with devkit

The flash logs show no error and devkit can boot normally

But when I open the Jetson Power GUI

I just saw 4 core cpu when the power mode is MAXN

And cat /proc/cpuinfo also show 4 cores only

I have tried the other pieces of AGX orin module

And they show 8 cores normally

If I remember correctly, that seems to be an issue at old SW.
Please try with the latest JetPack 5.1.2.

Do you mean Agx orin not support Jp5.0.2 any more?

But my other pieces AGX orin module with Jp 5.0.2 is normal

Is that relate to module version?

Is that due to PCN210100?

You can try to dump all the module eeprom info to us to check.

there was a agx-orin-a04-overlay-351.tbz2 overlay patch in this website. You may try to apply.

If this does not help fix the issue, I can only suggest you to upgrade BSP.
