Our customer use AGX XAVIER Industrial Module. Software development and production version is JetPack 4.6.1 (L4T 32.7.1).
Recently, the new modules used by the factory cann’t flash the image. We traced the PCN record and found that PCN209842 changed BOM Components: Micron DRAM. These modules can be normally flash the image after jetpack4.6.4 (L4T 32.7.4) version.
The customer’s project has been mass produced and applied in the vehicle , We would like to request a new DRAM patch file based on JetPack 4.6.1(L4T 32.7.1) form PCN209842 .

Have you considered using image-based OTA to the latest Jetpack 4.6.5 (R32.7.5)?

Yes, it seems the flash failed issue is relating to DRAM.

We have completed the verification on AGX Xavier development KIT and the customer’s carrier board, then the problem is the same. Customer want to support memory patch to solve this problem , because OTA upgrade needs too many changes
