AGXORIN 32 GB GPIO fault

We have an AGX ORIN module that found pin 55, and the GPIO can’t set the output to high level, so we have to replace other modules. Other conditions are the same, and the GPIO is normal. We suspect that it is the problem of this module. Please help us to see if RMA can be performed.

Pictures are operation steps.

Hi fz11,

Aer you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

From your screenshot, it seems you can export and control these 2 GPIO (PP.06 and PZ.02).

What do you mean about “can’t set output to high level”?
Do you mean that you cannot measure the signal high level from multimeter when you write 1 to gpio446/value?

Does it mean that some pins can be controlled but some pins can not?

We use the official carrier board, and we cannot control the ping output 3.3v by swiping L4T 35.3.1 Only this module cannot be controlled, but another module can

Have you also verified with the latest R35.5.0?
Please also share the full dmesg for further check.

I have tried it, the latest L4T See the attachment for the diary Only this module cannot be used by gpio. There are no problems with other modules

Okay, please refer to What if I need an RMA (Return Material Authorization)? if you have only one module not work as expected.
