Allied Vision MIPI CSI 2 camera interface with Jetson nano development kit

We recently bought the Allied Vision Camera with the MIPI CSI 2 interface(https://www.alliedvision.com/en/products/embedded-vision-cameras/detail/Alvium%201800%20C/-158.html). We interfaced it with the Jetson Nano A02 development kit. The problem here is that OpenCV cannot interprete the name of the pixel format coming from the VI of the Jetson.OpenCV uses internaly V4l2 in order to capture the images. However, opencv does not include all possible pixels formats. Nvidia uses their own pixel format names when working with V4L2, and OpenCV cannot interprete those. Do you have any sort of a code or solution for this?

Hi,
for Bayer sensors, you need to program sensor driver and device tree to use hardware ISP engine. Please refer to Camera Development in development guide.
