Analytics not working on VST Web UI

Hello,
I tried to do analytics on web UI of VST by creating ROI and Tripwire.
But it shows error that enable to create ROI, whereas if I try to do analytics on the android mobile application which is on the same network as the Jetson device on which VST is running, then I can run it on mobile application.

Can you please explain why can’t I see analytics on web ui of VST?
