ROI function seems not workable at remote PC, but local PC works well

I have one question about ROI in VST.
I use chromium web browser to test ROI in remote PC. It shows “Fail to set ROI”, but in local PC, it can successfully set ROI.
Do you see this issue ?
Is it the limitation ?
All of video streams output work well.

The ROI and Tripwire both unable to work on remote web access.
Is it the limitation ? if not, how to enable it?
