Set ROI Tripview failed

We got some MMJ issues as we tested it on AGX Orin evb.

Followed the quick start from official website and successfully run the AI NVR. We added a RTSP camera on VST. And tried to set ROI and Tripwire on the Live streams.

However, we got the error message – “Failed to set ROI, Try again” on live stream. (see

below)
Also, after set Field-of-View Count and did not get any count.

Did we miss any steps?

Can you have a try with change “analytic_server_address”: “http://10.24.216.236:30080/emdx”, to you device IP in ai_nvr/config/vst/vst_config.json?

Hi @kesong, After applying the above solution, I can see my tripwire configuration But still not getting an increment in person count. In my sample video, there are cars and people, I configured a tripwire on the walking path.
& What indicates Object IDs in “Select overlay settings” ?

I can get the trepwire count in my side:

The VST web UI overlay does not show object ID and object IDs are not captured as part of tripwire analytics gem for tripwire crossing.

Note that analytics module does support a behavior API that object ID along with trajectory information etc as part of the output:
