I set up the Orin Nano board with a power switch and deployed it remotely. I now want to enable auto power on without making any changes to the hardware, since it is already deployed remotely. Is it possible to set the board to auto power on through software instead of hardware?

There is no such thing.
The most you can do is Wake On LAN.
