Autonomous GPU with more than 8 DRAM chips

Hi,

I had a simple question. Can you tell me if there exists any NVIDIA Autonomous board that has a discrete GPU with at least 8 GB of memory (if not, is there one with discrete GPU having at least 8 DRAM chips)?

For example, Jetson Xavier’s discrete GPU seems to be connected to only 4 DRAM chips (File:nvidia xavier die shot (annotated).png - WikiChip)

How much DRAM memory/DRAM chips are there per discrete GPU in drive pegasus/drive px2 autochaffer?

If you are DrivePX2 autochaffer user, you can get the GPU information via deviceQuery cuda sample.
