Boot from USB

Hi I have a JETSON NANO 4GB without SD card.
I installed a JETSON operating system through SDKMANAGER
I have a bootable USB with a JETSON NANO operating system
I want to run the operating system through the USB.
When I change the file extlinux.conf that ROOT=/DEV/SDA1
The JETSON NANO does not tax the running of the operating system.
How can you set the Boot Order so that the USB will be the main one?

You can configure the boot-order in UEFI menu

configure it through UEFI menu as following:
Boot Maintenance Manager → Boot Options → Change Boot Order
