Boot over NVMe through PCIe ( PCIE1, x1 )

In the Orin NX design guide, its written the following listed PCIe ports support NVMe Boot.

 NVMe through PCIe
• PCIE0, x4 (Orin UPHY0 Lanes [7:4]), C4
• PCIE2, x2 (Orin UPHY2 Lanes 1:0]), C7
• PCIE2, x1 (Orin UPHY2 L0), C7
• PCIE3, x1 (Orin UPHY2 L1), C9

Would it be possible to boot via PCIE1, x1 ?, if yes what changes are required ( QSPI boot flash settings, etc )
