Camera yuv to rgb

Hi nvidia，
We are using an agx orin device that reads camera data as yuv, which we want to convert to rgb data to send out via ros.
We don’t want to use cpu, gpu resources, we checked that AGX orin has encode, decode hardware, can we use encode, decode to achieve yuv to rgb? Is there any related information or demo to share?
Or there are other ways to implement?
