Can I connect gigabit ethernet card to Nano like TX2?

The Nano devkit board does not have the appropriate PCI-Express slot, so you would have a very hard time connecting that card.
And even if you tried a M.2 gigabit ethernet card like Amazon.com (and enabled/built the drivers for it for the Jetson kernel), you wouldn’t be able to fit the Ethernet connector.
So, no, I don’t see how that would work.
