It is a part of error in SDK manager. I ran apt-get -f install, but it did not fixed. It seems that there is error with apt-get.
So that I used sudo apt-get install nvidia-jetpack, but I got the error.

Yes, I used SDK manager to install JP5.1 (old JP was 5.1.2)
Are you using 35.3.1 or have you tried 35.4.1?
I flashed JP5.1, so Jetson Linux 35.3.1 is correct.
