It seems there’s something wrong in your device tree.

Do you modify anything in BSP package before flash?
Please provide the <Linux_for_Tegra>/bootloader/L4TConfiguration_updated.dts for further check.

I did not modify the file, and now I have downloaded 5.1.4 again, but the installation still fails. Is it normal for the power indicator light to turn off during the flashing process of the motherboard. Then, I couldn’t find the files you mentioned.
