Can you configure Orin NX MIPI CSI for one 4-lane plus two 2-lane cameras?

We have three cameras - one has 4 lane and the other two have two lanes each. Would it work if we configure Orin NX as following?
One 4-lane camera: CSI0 + CSI1
One 2-lane camera: CSI2
One 2-lane camera: CSI3
