Issue Description
Unable to install drive os in drive agx orin. Cannot get the request for drive agx sdk developer approved. I have the machine in my office.

Did you click on Join Now in NVIDIA DRIVE® AGX SDK Developer Program | NVIDIA Developer and did not get approved yet?
If so, may I know how you purchased Devkit?

Yes, its is not approved yet. Request was made on 15th Jan. Devkit was purchased directly from nvidia by my company.The purchase was made a year back and was not used till now.
