Can't boot Xavier NX

Hi,
I’m reopening the discussion from Xavier NX boot failure

Now that I managed to set up the serial console I got the output below.

This error message looks particularly concerning to me:
[0011.221] E> Error 892665857: Failed to read CVM EEPROM

Is that a hardware problem?

here’re errors about EEPROM reading failures.

[0001.511] E> I2C: slave not found in slaves.
[0001.511] E> I2C: Could not write 0 bytes to slave: 0x00a0 with repeat start true.
[0001.512] E> I2C_DEV: Failed to send register address 0x00000000.
[0001.513] E> I2C_DEV: Could not read 256 registers of size 1 from slave 0xa0 at 0x00000000 via instance 1.
[0001.521] E> eeprom: Retry to read I2C slave device.
[0001.526] E> I2C: slave not found in slaves.
[0001.530] E> I2C: Could not write 0 bytes to slave: 0x00a0 with repeat start true.
[0001.538] E> I2C_DEV: Failed to send register address 0x00000000.
[0001.543] E> I2C_DEV: Could not read 256 registers of size 1 from slave 0xa0 at 0x00000000 via instance 1.
[0001.553] E> eeprom: Failed to read I2C slave device
[0001.558] I> Eeprom read failed 0x3526070d

did you reproduce this with Xavier NX devkit? or you’re having board customization?
