Can't install sdk manager

I try to install the sdk manager but everytime I try to run it i get a lot of error.

also if I try to the run the --fix-broken i get alot of these errors

the first command i use is sudo apt install ./sdkmanager_2.1.0=11660_amd64.deb

This is not related to SDK Manager at all.
Please fix your CUDA issue first.

I also can’t get cuda remove to start over or get it fixed with the command sudo apt --fix-broken install

sudo apt --purge autoremove <any of your failing CUDA deb>

See if autoremove works.

the cuda error’s are gone but now i have broken packages and i am not sure if it is safe to remove them

Looks like the Ubuntu version you are using is too old so dependencies are not available.
Anyway, always give full log in text, and don’t give screenshots.

the distro is ubuntu 20.04 from the nvidia jetson develop kit

Oh, right…
SDK Manager is for the host x86 host PC, and you cannot install it on Jetson…
Of course you don’t get amd64 packages on an arm64 machine.

just nvidia-jetpack isn’t installing or is that also not for the jetson. I thought it was compatible for the jetson.

devion@devion-desktop:~$ sudo apt install nvidia-jetpack
[sudo] password for devion:
Reading package lists... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

Depends: nvidia-jetpack-dev (= 5.1.1-b56) but it is not going to be installed

Try like:

i have tried almost everything that is on that page but it also doesn’t work

Then are you able to install nvidia-jetpack-runtime and nvidia-jetpack-dev separately?
Or re-flash the device to fix it.

that also doesn’t work

Then please re-flash the device.
