Can't run deepstream example Azure VM with Tesla V100, deepstream 6.0

**• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU): GPU Tesla V100
• DeepStream Version 6.0.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)
• TensorRT Version: 8.0.3-1+cuda11.3
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only): 470.182.03
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs): bug
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)

I installed deepstream on a Azure virtual machine running Ubuntu 20.04 following the instruction found in NVIDIA DeepStream development with Microsoft Azure - Training | Microsoft Learn. I have to make some changes to match the Ubuntu distribution like changing some repositories.
The configuration I’m using is:
Ubuntu 20.04
Deepstream: 6.0.0
Nvidia driver: 470.182.03
Cuda:11.4
TensorRT: 8.0.3-1+cuda11.3
gstreamer: 1.0.0
ibssl1.1 (had o change from 1.0.0 because that version isn’t available for Ubuntu 20.04)

Before running deepstream I run:
rm -rf ~/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/

I tried to run the sample configuration file source30_1080p_dec_preprocess_infer-resnet_tiled_display_int8.txt with sink type 2 getting this error:

Yes. We suggest that you use the matching version of the software, like TRT, cuDNN…
Just from the log attached, there maybe some problems in your config file.
