Check Orin PCIE Pinconfig

Hi Nv team:
Our custom carrier board do not use PEX_C5_RST_N and PEX_C5_CLKREQ_N pin，our hardware desigin use other gpios， but i do not find any gpio config defined in pcie RP dts。
Please help to check wether we can change pcie rst and clkreq pin。

Hi, please follow AGX Orin Design Guide for PCIe pins design and do not use other GPIOs instead.

We change pins as Design Guide，
and change ODMDATA nvhs-uphy-config from 0 to 1.
boot up ep orin， when we boot up rp orin，
ep orin has below message：

start PLL 4 calibration timeout
tegra194-pcie 141a0000.pcie_ep: Failed to init UPHY for PCIe EP: -22
start PLL 4 calibration timeout
tegra194-pcie 141a0000.pcie_ep: Failed to init UPHY for PCIe EP: -22

What is the exact request here? Not quite understand what you want to do.

Do you want to configure PEX_C5_RST_N and PEX_C5_CLKREQ_N as GPIO?

we want to chang PEX_C5_RST_N PEX_C5_CLKREQ_N to other gpios

sorry, not able to change this. Need to use fixed pins.
