We would like to know is there any exist tool(Ex: wfblit_lite.axf and diags_emmc.axf) for testing the CPU/GPU/Memory/EMMC of TX1 ?
No such public tool as TX1 module is already tested and verified before ship out. For external device design, only need to follow OEM DG .
