CUDA Dev kit 12.3 failed to install

Hello,

I recently reset my PC. I had an installed version of CUDA dev kit before and it worked without problems.

Unfortunately, the installation fails when it reaches Nsight Compute.

My GPU is GeForce GTX 1650
