I am trying to install tensorflow with MPI support using the source code. I am using CUDA 8. When I tried to configure and gave path /software/cuda/8.0/lib64 for cuda toolkit. It did find libcudnn. Any suggestions?
You have to install cudnn separately. A CUDA 8 install does not automatically install cudnn
