After installing CUDA RC 11.0 (offline installation, all checked BUT geforce experience), nvcuda.dll (located in Windows/System32) is missing the file version (among other info):
It is, however, correctly signed.
I had to download the drivers manually and perform a clean installation to fix the problem.

After filing a bug report, NVIDIA answered and it will be fixed in the upcoming release!
