  1. Do I need to install the CUDA toolkit before installing the DLib library to enable CUDA support for DLib??

  2. If the answer to the above question is Yes, which version of the CUDA toolkit is compatible with DLib 19.17? How do I check this?
    (I’d be using the face_recognition library by DLib)
