Cudnn 8.2.3.44 download page 404 not found

I try to download archived version of cudnn(4.3.2.44). But it show me 404 - Not Found page.

We are experiencing an outage at the moment, and are actively working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we don’t have an ETA for when this will be fixed. I will post here when we are up and running.
