CUDA Toolkit Downloads Site Down? HTTP Error 404

The CUDA Toolkit downloads site seems to be unreachable today, throwing a HTTP 404 error, even though I’ve tried accessing it from multiple devices and networks. Is anyone else facing a similar issue/is it scheduled downtime? Or am I just missing something here?

I have the same issue, cannot resolve. Cannot download cuDNN as well. I get the same error message.

GPU drivers are not available, https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu2004/x86_64 returns 404. I checked and the GPU drivers installation docs on the NVIDIA site still point to this endpoint.
