Can't download CUDA for windows 10

I am trying from United States and the error I get it something like:

We are experiencing an outage at the moment, and are actively working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we don’t have an ETA for when this will be fixed. I will post here when we are up and running

Hi, is there an update/eta on this? I’m trying to download TensorRT and still receiving the same error as the OP.

Unfortunately no update, there is a lot of data, and the restore/sync process could take up to 24 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
