I’m trying to download the latest version of CuDnn for windows on the download page ( https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/cudnn-download). I click the ‘Local Installer for Windows’ but it just downloads an empty zip file of 0Kb in size. Is there something I’m missing here or does this link need to be fixed. I tried for previous versions as well but got same issue.
