Unable to download cuDNN for Windows due to website issue

I have an NVidia website account that I’m logged in to. When I go to download cuDNN , it gives me a button to “Join the Developer Program”. Clicking this leads back to the login screen. I log in again and it sends me back to the page with the Join Developer Program button, in an endless loop.

I’ve tried on multiple computers.

If the website isn’t working, is there a direct link to the Windows installer?
