I am trying to download cudnn-7.5-windows10-x64-v5.0-ga-zip, but I got this message “NVIDIA Developer Program Membership Required”, then I already joined and verified through email, but I am still blocked, I am still getting the same message, can’t download cuDNN at all, I am from Egypt, by then way, if that could help.
