I have a license question regarding my program + CUDNN distribution.

  1. Is it possible to distribute ‘specific .dll files (e.g. cudnn64_98.dll) in the CUDNN zip file + my program (.exe)’?

  2. If 1. is possible, is it possible to distribute the .dll files separately and my program (.exe) separately?

  3. If 2. is not possible, should I distribute the .dll files by putting them in my program (.exe)?

  4. Additionally, is it possible to answer questions 1, 2, and 3 above for ‘cublas.dll, cublasLt.dll’?
