DCNv2 support in cuDNN

Hi,

As far as I know, DCNv2 has not been support by the latest version of cuDNN. Alternatively, it’s implemented by adopting im2col alogirthm, which yields a rather poor performance in terms of throughput.

I wonder if DCNv2 is on the roadmap of the development of cuDNN?
