Deepstream-test5-app run for a while the Active sources drop to zero with Multiple sources

**• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 6.0 GA
**• TensorRT Version 8.6
**• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only) 540.3.0
**• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)

Deepstream-test5-app run for a while the Active sources drop to zero with Multiple sources

I add stream using restful api.

How can I troubleshoot this problem? These logs do not contain any useful information.

testing procedure：

1、open deepstream-test5-app, and use restful api to add the stream.
2、see the log , for a while, you can see this situation
I do not know how to produce this situation

I have tested the following command line and adding source adding restful api, no issues.

./deepstream-test5-app -c configs/test5_config_file_nvmultiurisrcbin_src_list_attr_all.txt 

If you think this issue is caused by nvmultiurisrcbin, it is open source.

/opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/sources/gst-plugins/gst-nvmultiurisrcbin
