Device Stalls During Boot Process

The device has been running stably for nearly six months after full environment and application setup. However, recently it frequently stalls at the following screen during boot (see attached image).

After a power cycle (restarting), the system typically boots normally again.

In normal usage, the device is powered off by directly cutting power — no software shutdown procedure (e.g., sudo shutdown or sudo poweroff) has been used.

Could this improper shutdown method be contributing to the issue?
What steps should I take to diagnose and resolve this problem?

It could be as don’t know whether any writing been interrupt to cause file damage.
