When I first turned the device the first time and started using it, the device started keep resetting. The device does not even allow me to update the operating system because it keep resetting. What evidence do you want from me?

I even tried [link removed]
and created a flash memory to boot the device, once it loads from the flash memory to reset factory the device freezes on this screen.
