I recently bought a DGX Spark, which was working fine for two days, but now it fails to boot and goes directly to the BIOS where it claims there is no NVME device available (image attached). I also tried using the recovery image to restore it, but it can’t find the NVME device either (images attached). So I am unable to use the device anymore. How can I resolve this issue?
Please reach out to my colleagues at NVIDIA DGX Spark Support . This may be case where a RMA maybe needed.
This just happened to me in less than 24 hours of turning the DGX spark on for the first time. I am troubleshooting later today. This has me very concerned.
I clarified with Support, please request RMA.
