DGX Spark does not boot

DGX Spark we purchased about 2 weeks ago.
Suddenly it stopped working. Rebooting does not work.
Screen shows following three lines and go to bios mode
Checking Media Presence
Media Presnet
Start PXE over IPv4 on MAC

I performed system recovery with DGK Sprak recovery image.
Recovery process was done successfully but still does not boot.

Boot option is only one. UEFI: PXE IPv4 Realtek PCIe 10 GBE Family Controller.

I can see SAMSUNG SSD in Advanced → MVMe Configuration.

I tried also disbling secure boot. It did not help.

I powered off, unplugged power cable, and held the power button for 30 seconds to drain current.
Then tried again, still did not boot.

I was going to check the hardwared, but I did not try because opening the case might void warranty.

Could you provide any suggestion or advice, please?

In the UEFI menu, at NVMe Configuration. Please run a a Device Self Test with Extended and Controller and Namespace options

Then ran device self test, and result is:
