Help -- DGX Spark will not boot

HELP!! My DGX Spark will not boot!

I went through the initial setup for my founder’s edition DGX spark. It downloaded the system updates, then it downloaded the firmware, then it rebooted. Upon rebooting It showed the nVidia logo and a progress bar. Upon reaching about 50% progress the splash screen disappeared and an AMI bios screen appeared that said “Press or to enter setup”. I waited about 15 minutes and nothing happened. I tried pressing both DEL and ESC but the system had locked up.

After trying to reboot the system it appears to no longer recognize HDMI or USB-C monitors. The mouse lights up and I can hear the fan going, but no video output.

Is there a way to factory reset it? Is that even an option at this point? There is no documentation with this really expensive device!

HELP!!

When you power on and you only see a black screen with a white square (left hand side) read: If you are using a USB hub for your keyboard or mouse, unplug the hub. The hub prevents the boot of the OS. I recommend getting a USB-A to USB-C adaptor. You can plug the hub back in once the OS has loaded.
